Easter (a little Belated)

Easter this year was lots of fun. Last year we did nothing! I had just gotten out of the hospital with James and I had totally forgotten about Easter so we didn't end up doing anything, no baskets, nothing. I was really sad. So this year we turned things around and went all out! To make things ever better Ryan's brother and his family were here from Washington State. They have a son just 6 weeks younger than Beth and they got along SO well! They also have a brand new baby girl who was precious as can be that made Easter even more fun. The Saturday before Easter we had a big Easter Egg hunt at Grandma's house. Beth took a few minutes to figure it out, but once she did, she thought it was so great! Then we had a lunch with extended family and lots of fun for the kids. Including a blow up bouncy slide.

Sunday the kids got decked out in their new Easter clothes (one of my favorite Eater traditions). After church we went over to Grandma's again for a ham dinner and more fun and lots of picture taking.

I love being with family on Easter. It made me miss my mom and dad lots, but luckily I got to see my whole family on the following monday and then we went to San Francisco to visit my parents the same week (post to follow shortly!). Happy Belated Easter everyone!

Such good looking kids in the Easter clothes. Don't worry about it. I haven't even blogged about our Easter.

Cute pictures, Diane! Beth looks adorable in that blue dress. She seems to look more and more like you.

I got her dress at target believe it or not. I'm always on the look out for a cute bargain! (and yes, that is his grandpa).

I don't recall you seeing your WHOLE FAMILY! Cute pictures. I need a closer shot of Beth in her cute dress!

You've got me there, it was not the WHOLE family. Just a lot of the family...most of the Utah families...
