Yesterday I...

Yesterday I got out of bed.
Yesterday I took a shower.
Yesterday I got dressed in something besides sweats.
Yesterday I didn't cry.
Yesterday I cleaned.
Yesterday I ran errands.
Yesterday I returned my pregnancy books to the Library.
Yesterday I played with my kids.
Yesterday I talked to friends.
Yesterday I actually made dinner.
Yesterday I bathed the kids and cleaned the fish bowl.
Yesterday I decided change will be good for me.
Yesterday I worked on paint colors for Beth's new room.
Yesterday I decided to get my hair cut.

Yesterday I decided I will survive.
The sadness is still there, the questions, the guilt, but I know I'll be okay.

"But behold, all things have been done in the wisdom of him who knoweth all things."
2 Nephi 2:24

My hair appointment is tomorrow. I'm still debating and pouring through my hair magazine, but I want real change, no trim this time...

It was fun talking to you yesterday. I a glad you are still moving forward with life and realize that the lord has a plan for all of us. Although we may not know or understand exactly why things happen in our life, he does!

Yay! You did more than I did yesterday:) I am so glad that you have everything in persepective, despite the inevitable sadness. I am excited to see your hair. I got a trim, but one day I will go for real change:)

I'm glad you are starting to feel better. Sorry we didn't get to play yesterday. I didn't think you wanted RSV passed on to your kids. Probably not what you need right now...we will play soon when they get feeling better. Or better yet, maybe we will leave all the kids home and have a girls night! Call if you need anything or want to chat.
