I knew birthday week wouldn't be good for my diet. I tried to eat well between eating out, and I still exercised (week 4 of couch to 5k is killing me!) but alas, I gained weight. Again. I'm so frustrated!!!!!!!!! I feel like I should be seeing some results by now. Its been over a month of really trying and i'm going up still! UGH!!!!
Oh, well, at least she was worth it...
