Weel 3- Week 4

I forgot to post last week, but this post will work equally well for both weeks.

I'm exercising. I'm trying to count calories. I'm stuck. Immovable. Frustrated.

Water! Water is the key. Whenever I plateu and I am doing everything I should be, just drink one more glass of water a day than you used to, try to have water throughout the day more and you will be amazed!
